The Air Butler is looking for a part-time Operations Assistant!
We are looking for a detail-oriented, upbeat, and forward thinking new team member to ensure our guests and homeowners have an incredible experience!
Perform detailed home inspections after guests checkout
Keep records of supply stocks at each property
Purchase and refill supply stocks and replacement items as needed
Manage social media accounts
Realize our vision alongside cleaning team members
Supervise repairs and maintenance as needed
Skills & Experience:
At least 2 years of work experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in hospitality preferred
Home repair skills preferred
Profficient with Google Calendar, Dropbox and Excel
Smart phone with clear camera required
Must have own transportation and a relevant driver's license
Spanish language skills are a plus
Professionalism in demeanor, written and oral communication
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Detail and task-oriented
Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional evenings
