The Air Butler is looking for a part-time Operations Assistant!

We are looking for a detail-oriented, upbeat, and forward thinking new team member to ensure our guests and homeowners have an incredible experience!  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed home inspections after guests checkout

  • Keep records of supply stocks at each property

  • Purchase and refill supply stocks and replacement items as needed

  • Document damage

  • Manage social media accounts

  • Realize our vision alongside cleaning team members

  • Supervise repairs and maintenance as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of work experience required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience in hospitality preferred

  • Home repair skills preferred

  • Profficient with Google Calendar, Dropbox and Excel

  • Smart phone with clear camera required

  • Must have own transportation and a relevant driver's license

  • Spanish language skills are a plus

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

  • Detail and task-oriented

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional evenings
